Redeemer Church Plymouth is led by a team of elders. The eldership team are responsible for guiding, governing, and guarding the church. Meet the elders and their wives below.
There is also a growing staff and trustee team that helps with the day to day running of the church. Many other areas of church life are led, run and served by a fabulous team of volunteers.
Grant and Suze moved to Plymouth in 2009 when Grant became one of the elders and the full time pastor at Redeemer. Grant also has the privilege of being the chaplain at Plymouth Albion R.F.C. Suze currently works part time in the church office looking after the administration. In their spare time they enjoy walks along the South West Coast Path, travel, watching rugby, good food and spending time with friends and family.
Andrew is married to Fatima and Dad to Carolina. He grew up in Woking before moving to Exeter to study Theology and then moved to Plymouth in 2010 to join the church. In 2019 he became an elder is now working here full time. He is a big Liverpool fan; loves classic rock music and enjoys/endures time in the gym when he gets a chance. Fatima combines being a wonderful Mum to Carolina with working as a Doctor at Derriford Hospital.
Toby came to Plymouth from Sussex to study and having joined Redeemer Church (then known as Waterfront Church) as a student he decided to stay. Katy moved from Sussex when the couple married after university. Toby now works as our Operations and Finance Manager and is chair of Redeemer Trust. Toby and Katy enjoy walking and spending time with friends. Toby also has a real love of stargazing.
